Michael Jackson 3a20c47940 Pin to node 5.8.x for now 
A bug was introduced in node v5.9 that causes lots of "unknown
compression method" errors, see
https://github.com/nodejs/node/issues/5852

Hopefully this is fixed in the next patch release.
