Telemachus 1.4.29.0 does not exists on kerbalstuff

1.4.29.0 is picked over 1.4.29 as the latest version.

Since the download link does not exist, CKAN hangs at installation.

Removing this version might solve the problem.

Note: I'm not completely sure what I'm doing (the problem can also be in NetKAN),
but I figured a pull request might show a bit more action on my part.
