docs: update README.md 
This commit contains lots of changes on README.md, i.e.:

**Add:**
- add conventional commits
- add a new appendix entry

**Remove:**
- remove useless introduction of code of conduct
- remove off-topic FAQs

**Change:**
- replace Chinese headings to English ones
- add/update more details of branches
- refactor the whole tag system

docs: add new photos to file list 
This commit adds new photos in commit aaad089eec to file list.

Note that the new entries use a new tag system.

feat: add photos before July 2022 
This commit adds all selected photos from March to July in 2022. All
photos are EXIF-free and scaled by different ratios to make their size
less than 1 MiB.

Add some pictures in 2021 
NOTE: This commit has been amended to advancedly resize all picutres in
the ratio of 50%. Original: 9f1b023eab93e2549919ccc2a39a056ce3c05128.

This commit would have been split into several commits to sort all the
images, but there are too many commits which just updated the docs
before this one.
